meaning they are a reverse flute so drilling out most

broken bolts and screws is fast and easy.

In many cases you don't even need

to use an extractor. Simply put your drill in reverse and go to it. 

This set also comes with 5 Multi-Fluted,Machined alloy steel

screw extractors. Sizes #1, #2, #3, #4, #5.

Simply drill a hole in the broken bolt.

The correct drill size is marked on the steel case. 

Insert Screw Extractor in the hole and, with a Tap Wrench,

turn counterclockwise. The Screw Extractor acts

like a corkscrew.It grips into the sides of the drilled hole

and removes the broken part on its own threads without

damaging the threaded hole.
